Questions & Answers

Do you have a 2005 Xterra that this product is made for?

That's a waste of time. It was spraying oil on the ground through the wiring harness. As a result of no oil pressure, it showed zero. You can upgrade to a stainless steel sensor for $10 more.

The sensor looks like the oil pressure gauge. Is it compatible with the crankshaft oil pressure sensor?

In my Nissan Pathfinder, it said the software was compatible with it. The bag did not fit in my car when I tried to put it in. If I were you, I would search elsewhere.

There is nothing good about this product
3/5

The sensor was bought to replace the old one on my 2006 Nissan Frontier because of a high reading (naturally, this is a common issue for Frontier Now that I have installed the new oil pressure sensor from this seller, the oil pressure warning light is on and it reads low oil. A mechanical oil pressure tester was connected to my car at Sears Auto and it read completely normal pressure. Whenever I have this sensor on, my Frontier is constantly turning over at 2000 rpms (cold, warm, idle). This is garbage you should not buy. Having to buy a new one is now necessary.

As soon as the beler was installed, the high oil pressure problem, the cause of the repair, was resolved. After that, there was a shift from high In spite of its low price and hassle, this product is not worth the hassle.

There is nothing good about this product. The gauge I bought is for an ‘06 Titan (it has a gauge) because the sensor produced a high reading with the factory sensor (it's a common problem, The oil pressure sensor is now reading low oil and my warning light for low oil pressure is on. I purchased this product from this seller. In my case, I connected a mechanical oil pressure tester and read completely normal pressures (cold, warm, idle, 2500 rpm). It was a cheap sensor that I used for this project. During an oil change, I swapped sensors, lost oil to perform a test, and I'm going to lose even more oil to install another sensor later.
