As a replacement for the torque converter nuts on my E4OD transmission that I had damaged during removal (one was so badly damaged that I had to use an Irwin Bolt-Out socket on it), these were an excellent choice. As far as I know, you're supposed to replace them any time you remove the torque converter.
The starter gears on my son's Shelby Cobra Kit car were sheered off, and the flexplate was chipped up. He couldn't start the car. I replaced the flexplate while I removed the transmission and was thinking that the torque converter nuts should be replaced. There is an exact match between these nuts and they I appreciate it!.
If you can turn a bolt, then these nuts can be turned, as well.
In line with expectations.
The items arrived quickly as advertised and worked as described.
I repaired my 2005 F150 FX4 while I was there.
