A retainer is not included with the The retainer fits perfectly, but I gave it only 3 stars because they were difficult to remove without breaking them, and since I replaced the switch with a new retainer I did not receive one with it? I had to pay an additional $14 for it (about the same price as the switch itself

This is a great replacement for the original

Compared to other replacement options, it was an affordable and the most efficient option In addition, it was a replacement part from AC Delco. I installed the product on my 2014 Camaro SS and it worked immediately. Removing the panel was a little difficult, but I managed to get it off in 15 minutes. I left the cable hanging out so that this product can easily be installed following the reinstallation of the panel.
