In the middle of this summer, while on a vacation, the Switch for our Air Conditioning ordered an order and had it shipped to where we would be staying since we would be driving through some hot places en route home
5/5

Having Amazon Prime is awesome. I took the dash apart in the parking lot a few weeks ago and with a minimum amount of tools (small screwdriver, crescent wrench) I was able to replace the switch within 30 minutes. This is going to take forty My results would have been faster if I had a better set of tools (a small ratchet and socket, and a screwdriver of a better size). Since I had already taken this dash apart a few times (when I installed the stereo), I would guess it would have taken a little longer if I hadn't done it before. In terms of blower speed selection, this was a very simple fix, and it has now worked more consistently than in years past.

A quality product from General Motors! It is another example of GM's superiority that you don't have to buy the whole panel, you can just replace the damaged area, an astonishingly simple, yet unusual, remedy for auto repair
5/5

I can handle it, the small assembly line tabs will break, but the key is to not lose the key A part that served it for 280,00 miles/19 years still works fine!.

There is no need for anything else

There is a problem with the blower switch. As a result, I ordered this part, which said "ACDelco 15-208" I would like to order a "72547-92547 GM Original Equipment Heating and Air Conditioning Control Panel with Rear Window Defogger Switch" (the entire assembly) because I am unsure if just the switch will work. It was only a matter of removing the dash assembly, one small screw, and a couple clips for this switch replacement to be completed without having A warning follows. Those clips are really brittle, and the plastic is really fragile. Two of the three broke even with caution. There is still a screw holding the switch in place with the remaining clips, however. In addition to my 1999 Chevy Suburban, I also have a 1999 GMC Yukon. The product is a direct replacement in both areas. Ensure that your models, years, and months of production are accurate. You should keep in mind that in 1999, the models changed. The vehicles I own, which are sold under the 1999 model, were actually manufactured in Sept and Oct of 1998 and I have always found the correct parts for them by searching 1998 parts.

No air coming out of the blower? Does it happen that there is a particular spot on your dial that you just can't burn? As a result of this part's failure, you see those symptoms
5/5

I suppose it could have something to do with However, if the resistor replacement did not fix the problem, we suggest you try this part. However, if the problem only affects high speed, I would suggest getting a complete control head, and not.

In my 96' Tahoe, the med fan speed setting intermittently worked (it would go on and off depending on what it was doing)
5/5

Due to the fact that the med settings sometimes worked and the low and high settings were fine, I decided it wasn't the blower resistor.

It's AC time Despite my best efforts, I burn through these switches within less than a year on my 99 GMC Yukon
5/5

During the summer in Arizona, my only speed was one and I might have had AC as well! Plugging this switch in is easy, and I have all speeds and AC, all at the same time. Purchasing a backup switch for next time is on my to-do list.

Having a cool time again is a nice feeling

With the original fan speed controller, I only had two lower speeds left. All is well in the cab of the truck now.

I had problems with my blower motor that would not turn on most of the time and only worked on high if it turned on, but after replacing this piece my blower motor started to work great and I also installed a new blower while I As well, I cleaned out all the gunk and leaves that were inside the box that blows air, so now my air conditioner is much colder and blows much harder than ever before!
