We got the job done The device is still functional
5/5

I ordered this part to fit my 2010 Honda Odyssey Ex without a problem. A few months later, it is still working well. Voicie a few tips for people who are DIY-ing I don't have a lot of trouble with it. While it is easy to get to the top connection near the pump and the brackets, the bottom connection is not such a simple task. This YouTube video on how to simply cut the old line, so that you can get a deep ratchet on the old bolt, is very useful for getting the old line off at the bottom. There is not much room to turn the wrench when it comes to getting the new one on. It does not matter how you look at it, it doesn't have many degrees. The easiest way to accomplish this is to remove the air hose from the engine and begin from the top of the engine.

A 2009 Honda Odyssey is perfectly sized for this item
5/5

Designed to replace a hose assembly that is leaking on 2009 Honda Odysseys, this hose assembly is a perfect fit! All the rings on the pump and power steering cylinder have been replaced. pressure switch threads fit perfectly, but they needed to be replaced with a new one (not included) I wore it. This silver cover was located in the same place and was the same size as the previous cover. In the rigid tubing, bends are the same sizes and angles as those in the old hose assembly, which meant there was no hand bending required when installing. There was no disappointment as the installation difficulty met my expectations and I was not disappointed with the cost. Two grommets from the lower rigid section and one grommet and clamp from the flexible section of the hose assembly needed to be transferred from the old assembly. All had to be transferred On Odyssey, it seems to be extremely difficult to remove the flare nut from the power steering cylinder because of angles, a limited wrench clearance, and an odd habit of rounding the wrench ends. In order to remove, I left some oil in the system and carefully used a hacksaw blade to cut the hose above the flare nut, using the flowing oil to keep shavings from entering With a deep socket, I was able to remove the flare nut without difficulty. It will make a mess if the flow of oil is not contained, so make sure you have some drip pans and cat litter available. While routing the new hose assembly, a cap was included to keep dirt out of the end of the new hose. In total, between the first lift and the time tools were put away, about 2 hours passed.

Ensure the Replacement item is in accordance with the original item

The rubber mounting bushings were not included. Having removed them from the old hose assembly, I had to install them in a new one.

The statement is accurate
4/5

This fits my Honda Odyssey 2009 perfectly, and that fluid was black. I also replaced the oil reservoir (doorman fluid) for 125, and I will have to wait to see whether it holds up. I brought my own fluid, so I could only rate it a 4.

This piece is in need of repair, and the sound may need to be replaced after it is installed
3/5

In the event that the sound should malfunction after installation in the car, a replacement could be mounted after the piece is fixed.

These are the same as the ones I used on my 2010 Odyssey
4/5

In order to fix the rubber, a clamp has to be cut, and used. It's not a problem at all.
