Do you know if this works on a 93 Dakota V6?

My plan was to install the small block Chevrolet that I bought. The quality of the item was so poor that I returned it because of the high cost.

What is the bolt and shin kit included with this ?

This starter cannot be shipped to California. Why is that?

I've used it to crank a 496 with no problems

That's what I use in my 1968 Corvette to go with my 496. I find it to be extremely effective. My favorite feature is how easily it can be adjusted. It cranks super fast, too. This allowed me to tuck it up with the block in order to keep it from covering This is definitely worth checking out!.

I missed the Shim Kit, and it did not look brand new

As if the package had been opened and taped shut again, this product looked used. A scuff was present on the base of the starter wall and the product was missing the shim kit.

I can honestly say that this starter is the best one I've ever used. In order to replace a lower quality model, I purchased this one Almost a year ago, I had an issue with the starter on my 55 Chevy hot rod. Since I didn't want to deal with any more starter problems, I decided to spend the money on a high-quality I was able to perfectly position the starter gear on the flywheel thanks to the shims included in the kit and the adjustability of the design. I think it was worth the price, even though it was a bit expensive.

A great idea for a starter

One more of these starters will be ordered soon. It's a quality product for a great price. I also appreciate the fast shipping. It would be impossible to hide such a nice engine under a hood.

The starter was bad

Despite how it started by SBC, this app did not last more than 40 starts before it crashed. In trying to get a replacement, I was sent two starters, and neither of them worked. Moving to another brand is what I'll be doing from now on.
