For optimal results, we recommend using these 6061-T6 aluminum sleeves with the corresponding tie rod ends. These sleeves are CNC machined for precision fit and finish - the threads of the sleeves match those on the tie rod ends. Although these are compatible with most other brands of tie rods, there may be an issue if the thread tolerance or specification varies from those used by your favorite brand.

The part looks so bright and shiny after black anodizing that you can tell it was done immediately after machining. I'm very pleased with these as they will replace my Ride Tech toe links that cost $500. They are much tougher and more durable than the Ride Tech links. Also, I've used AFCO for $9 rod sleeves and I will not hesitate to do so again. Those are the only ones I want! The part is very nicely done. You won't be disappointed with it.

It was not the first time I received the wrong sleeves

It was the second time. The sleeves I received twice were the wrong size. Both times they were On top of the 105- label, the 10050 label was placed A label with the number 10035. In this case, the sleeves were just a bit shorter than 10 inches. The 105- and 5 are derived from each other The part number for this item is 10035.

Please stop sending the wrong ones to us

According to the part number, this is. The wrong ones keep coming to us. They do not fit Corvettes between 1963 and 1982 as the part number states. I can't believe how short they are.
