What about the side locks to prevent the sway bar from moving laterally with this kit. The mounting bushings are located next to these. ?

Hello, I was never sent this kit by the seller. The same kit however came with two lateral (side) locks, which I did not think came with the kit when I bought it in Australia. After receiving the kit, I found the 2 I ordered along with the two I was supposed to receive. Whether it was a mistake or whether they actually came with it is unclear. However, you can buy them separately for not too much money. It might help if you read this.

The kit you offer does not include endlinks. Should I buy those separately? It indicates that there are sway bar supports, however, I am not certain if this replaces the need for end links?

It would be more helpful if there were Bars made from this material are stronger than those made from By using the support braces, the bar can be mounted with great stability.

They fit perfectly. This is a Premium product. This is amazing! I am just in awe! From the reviews, I knew that this bar was a must have for the Imprezas, but you really have to try it when you get a chance! My 2013 Impreza sport premium 2 was fitted with this. I fitted it on my stock 0L (which had a 16mm rear swaybar). It is necessary for the seller to update the list of fitment information so that more customers will choose his product. When I installed this bar, I didn't realize my stock car could plow through turns. It was not possible for me to get this bar set to the highest setting and the ride quality was great. I had no understeer or oversteer issues. I just mean the As I tried to change lanes and turn the car onto a slant, the traction control kicked in and the car decided to put the brakes on. In a hard corner, it was extremely difficult to lose traction, but with enough rain, I was able to lose it. It felt as if the car did not have traction on both the front and rear wheels at the same time (it was a strange With stock 18" tires, it was hard to get that done. Braces that come with the bar can be very handy in lifting the bar. The swaybar is attached to the vehicle with bolts and sheet metal. With these braces, you won't believe how much they brace the sheet metal! The Perrin version does not include this awesome brace, so please do not purchase it. As soon as you have the Perrin swaybar, your bar will only be as strong as the sheet metal attached to it.

My 2018 STI, I installed it last night together with the whiteline end links, the installation could have been improved with better instructions included, the instructions were very general and not specific to my car (which I can understand how they did that, but does still stink). If you do not have your torque specifications handy, it is easy to strip the bushing mount bolts and you do not want to risk damaging them. These cheap Allen keys that are supposed to prevent the swaybar from lateral movement are part of the swaybar. There was hardly enough room for the key to fit into the given screws - it seemed like it was too large. Getting that done was a pain as well! Sadly, I don't possess an allen key set for metric locks handling goes, the car feels stiffer than before, but not significantly different (I have them set to medium stiffness). I will try the hard setting once I forget what a pain.

A 5X Premium subscription. WRX/STI folks, I bought this sway bar for your 08+ WRX/STI and these endlinks from Kartboy. The kit fit my 2010 Forester without any issues. I accidentally overdid it when I installed it Especially frustrating was the fact that the welded nut was stripped after the bolt in the bracket bushing was too tight. The cause of the accident was unclear, but because it was a through-road When I discovered the hole and bolt were long enough, I simply went to the hardware store and purchased the appropriate nuts to tighten them. My body roll is significantly reduced when I have my body roll set to the stiffest setting. It works so well that I almost wish I would have got the next size up (24mm) even though I have stock springs and shocks. I guess it's not the end of the world. It's a pretty satisfying outcome either way. During winter snowfall, I probably will set the settings to softest, and in summer, I will set them to stiff. We had little difficulty installing the bar, endlinks, bushings, etc. It took us about an hour or so. The weight is about 1 lb). It was only for this job that I purchased a 24" breaker bar.

Around all the sweeping curves you feel like you are riding on rails. The rear sway bar mounts are stiffened up by extra brackets because the former have a lot of flex in them. For my own protection, I painted it before I installed it, to make sure it won't rust. There is room for improvement in the finishing.

The front one is next. I found the best price on this sway bar, but the rear ones were far more valuable for what I paid. The handling was immediately noticeable, and I will purchase the front ones soon. As a first step, I will purchase a set of - However, there are links to complete the adjustability.

When it comes to ramps, the adjustment is very simple. Although it took some time, I was able to install my ramps by myself. By removing the exhaust, I was able to better access the pipe. In addition to the bar I purchased, I would not recommend using the stock end links for the 2014 WRX, as they are puny and look like they might break with the new bar size. I ended up going with the Whiteline KLC189, which ended up being a great choice. All the settings can be adjusted, so it's all good!.
