Based on the experience I had with it on my 05 F 350, I would guess it would work for yours as well.
As a result, the shocks are mounted to the outside of the original shock mount and come with a longer bolt. The setup on my 2002 F 250 with a 7 is the same as yours. The vehicle has 3 diesel engines and has never had a problem.

This is not designed to be used with shocks that have remote reservoirs. There are two Bilstein 5160 suspension units mounted at each corner of the vehicle. There had to be six washers total (3 on each side) to provide enough spacing between the shocks so they wouldn't scrape against one another. A small amount of the metal had to be ground away so that the banjo swivel fittings would fit without putting too much pressure on the instrument. There should be some sort of spacer in the middle of the single where the stock single used to be. Unless something is there to prevent it from damaging those two posts, the duals mounted on the outside of that point start to smash together as the tension is tightened. By cutting off the head of my old shocks, I was able to use them for a Currently, I'm able to tighten them pretty well and the pivot points around the original mounting points are not bent. An 03 Ford Excursion 4x4 with a 7-inch lift was equipped with the system.
I was surprised to find they were still intact after many miles of tough off-roading The diesel engine on my 10K+ pound Super Duty Excursion is still burning a lot of gas. The fact is that it has not only survived, but is still like On and off the road, my vehicle was much more controlled and smoother to ride. I agree that the installation was pretty straightforward, except there were missing parts. If you do not possess upper shock bushing sleeves you will need to purchase or fabricate them. This kit cannot be used without them. They are missing from the list, which is absurd. It was simple, like $5, and I used some water pipe from Home Depot. The only problem is that it's Similarly, Amazon claims that it will not work on the 2000-2005 models Excursions in 2005. The answer is certainly yes.
This bolt works for the top eyelets on the shocks for my 1999 F350, but I must use the supplied bolt instead of the OEM one. As a result, I had to place three orders You need to apply 11 heat shrink to the bolts to get them to fit snugly into the Rancho eyelets. To make the OEM bolt fit properly, I added 3 layers of heat shrink to make it the correct size. Since I didn't want the bolt to bang around and wear out the poly eyelet bushing, I had to add 3 layers of heat shrink to the OEM bolt.
It took me no time at all to install these. It was even easier to remove my wheels than to remove my car. I used Skyjacker hydro shocks with them. It took me about an hour to complete each side. It has made such a difference to the front end of my heavy powerstroke engine. In fact, my wife has commented on how good the ride is! As a result, I am very pleased.
In the beginning I wanted to point out that I'm very happy with the seller because they were responsive to my issue and they went above and beyond what was expected of them as a seller of the kit (not the manufacturer). While the materials are excellent and the kit is of very high quality, the kit is incomplete because of the missing pieces, as has been mentioned by others. Since the factory stud goes right into the bushing on the shock end, there is no need for a sleeve on the single shock top mount. with this kit is that there is no stud that fits into the shock bushing at the top. A bolt goes through both the shock mount and the bushings on the two shocks, and there is no sleeve within the bushing to keep the bolt in place. The risk of installing without sleeves is just plain high. In addition, you'll hear a lot of popping. As the super duty shocks do not have sleeves at the top, you will need to source four sleeves of the correct size (two on each side) to fit the top mounts if you are using this kit. Rough Country should provide these with the kit since having these sleeves laying around is not a possibility for anyone who is switching from a single shock setup, and all the application specific shocks I have seen do not include My search for a good setup led me back to a single shock setup after I ran up and down the street all day.
I have seven. The adapters had been installed on three different diesel shocks on my F250 as well as one pair of the same shocks. I have definitely noticed a difference in ride quality when adding another pair of shocks to the wheels with these adapters. The vehicle handles rough roads more smoothly. It is good to be able to purchase adapters from such a.
As I pondered putting on this show, I thought that it might be a challenge. It took me longer to take the tire off than it did to put this one I'm very pleased with the look and how comfortable my truck sits now. The F350 had a large brush guard on the front.
A very good shock for double shocks.
