What are the chances of this fixing a right hand drive Honda Odyssey?

Is it possible to fix it? I don't know, but if you mean add a R/H drive I can't see why it would not fit. I seriously doubt it has to do installed it on a 2004 Odyssey and am extremely pleased with the results it produces.

The fit is decent and good

The fit is excellent. There are a couple of things to keep in mind. A few things did not appeal to me -- the grease fittings aren't very nice, and one of the dimensions was out of the original's reach.
