Amazon was the first place I bought it. As soon as the bushing connection was made, there was a faint clunk from the UCA. Even after everything was torqued according to specification, a faint clunk could not be removed. We contacted Amazon and asked for a replacement SPC UCA, which they sent out right away. We removed the first SPC UCA and installed the second set of UCAs without any problems. There is no noise anymore. There may have been a problem with the bushing or connection point on the UCA, but kudos to SPC for making an easily adjustable UCA and Amazon for making this product so smooth.
