The product is made by TERAFLEX, that should be enough to say. There is no doubt that this trackbar is a beast! Factory bars look like pencil-necked wimps! Bushings have a larger diameter than those on the factory unit. Track bars manufactured by the manufacturer use bushings and bolts with a diameter of 14mm. The TERAFLEX Monster HD trackbar uses bushings with a 9/16" ID. Besides beefing up the braces on my factory trackbars, I also added aftermarket brackets. A weld still has to be done on the one on the axle end. It will work with the JKS axle brace (and others) as well as with the Synergy MFG axle brace. There is a brace to hold the frame together. You can also buy a bolt kit on Amazon for 9/16" bolts. It is possible that you will need to ream the factory mount holes if they are not farmed (most of the time they are farmed The drill bit size for 14mm holes is 9/16". We're only talking about hundredths of an inch here when we talk about 045" lager. As luck would have it, I already had a 9/16" reamer lying around, an old, heavily used one that did the job quite Since I installed the SYNERGY frame brace, the 9/16" NFT bolt on my engine is also longer than a factory bolt. The pros are If you should ever need replacement rubber bushings, TERAFLEX sells them separately too. The old ones will need to be pressed out or burned out first, and the new ones will need to be pressed in afterwards. This lift can be adjusted from factory to six inches! The HD adjuster sleeve and hardware can be found here. If you achieve the desired adjustment, you should not be afraid to tighten the lock bolts. I liked how the powder coating looked after it had been applied. Stainless steel bolts and nuts on this model. There is a second addition. With 35s, you will get 5 inches of lift. It was possible to handle it with a track bar, but it would be extremely stressed. There is a real feeling of tension under turns because of the stock track bar. The high speed (60 MPH) and white-knuckle driving when we travelled at high speeds was a harsh experience. Having a Teraflex track bar erased all my concerns and issues. It is a very sturdy product and handles my speeds and turns It does not sound like the track bar will put any stress on the rail. There is something to be said for Teraflex. As well as their springs and shocks, I also have Facon. It is impossible to make a mistake. The kit was easy to install and I was able to center my front axel after adjusting it. Considering that this is my first review ever on Amazon, I think it's okay to ignore it.

My track bar has been outdated for so long that I can't believe I waited so long. It's wonderful that this upgrade has been made. This is an extremely solid piece of work. It is critical to ensure that your springs do not rub against your frame by carefully adjusting this. Metal on metal sounds bothered me, so I had to adjust my axle a bit so the axle was not shifted out all the way to the passenger. It will be a piece of cake once you get the facts straight. It was better to ride on the highway as well as on the trails. I recommend that you buy it!.

There's no doubt that this is one of the best aftermarket products I've seen for a Jeep. The bar is manufactured the same way as the stock bar, but it is The way it should be done at the factory is this. As a result of my stock bar flexing, I was experiencing death wobble, which is a vibration of the front wheels that feels like it will break. I found out the problem is caused by a flexing track bar combined with Upon taking my stock track bar off I found that I had worn out the bushing on one end. When I ordered this I needed it to address the track bar and I ordered a drag link from another site. I have gained better handling in my Jeep since installing the new drag link and installing this. The announcement couldn't have come at a better time! The following details are provided As a result, the Teraflex rod is twice as thick as the stock rod and contains thicker, heavier bushings than the stock rod. These bushings are press-ins of the standard type, but they look pretty tough as opposed If you ever need a replacement for one, Teraflex has them on hand. In other words, the adjustment sleeve is not just some thin, flimsy piece of metal. It is a heavy, thick walled piece of pipe that is split down one side to allow for adjustment. The handle of my 2008 JK is improved. Everything seems to be going well so far. The 2008 JK handles much better with this kit. Thankfully, I don't have to worry about the death wobble anymore About two hours were needed to complete the installation. There was no real difficult part of installing the TeraFlex part, but it is considerably more heavy than the factory part. TeraFlex makes great parts. Taking off the bolts to remove the old part and replacing it with the TeraFlex was not easy. The TeraFlex hinge was installed on my tailgate in place of the previous hinges.

I found it to be much heavier than the factory item on my 2010 Jk. The jeep didn't wobble on an uneven road where it would normally wobble (normally wobbled), so I concluded it no longer wobbles.
