We bought this track bar in June 2020 for a 99 XJ, it worked fine, however when we went to the shop for an alignment today I found the rollers worn out and there was 2" of play in them, so we had to replace them before we could do the alignment. Three wheeled vehicles are in the Jeep. The lift measures 5" and the tires are 33". The steering is adjustable for 1 ton. Is there a reason for the trackbar's failure within a year of installation? Is there a way for me to recover the warranty since this is covered for "100,000" years?.
