Will these fit a Tahoe from 2002?

Hello, they will work but will make it very difficult for the alignment shop to adjust because the camber adjusters need to slide to move the wheel while adjusting the alignment, and with these the bolt will need to be pulled out a little to move the camber adjusters. In lieu of these aftermarket items, I would recommend a replacement that is identical.

Is it possible to use these with a 3" lift (torsion keys)?

Yes.

The original plates have D-shaped bolt holes that rotate with a D-shaped bolt; however, the cam bolt has a circle hole, so how would it rotate with it?

They adjust based on the distance between the pin holes and the bolt, which, if my memory serves me correctly, are d-shaped.

Just to let you know, the bolt holes are round rather than D-shaped. I didn't use them because I'm not sure I'd be able to adjust the camber if the bolts were free to spin. It was a shame because I was looking forward to putting them to good use. Even though it didn't fit my vehicle, I'm still giving it 5 stars because it's a good product.
