There are two Toyota 2000's in the world. 7L, but yes, it will work
I had stock leaf springs on my 1998 Tacoma 4wd Xtracab so these fit perfectly. The bushings are 14mm wide and fit with the correct width inside the spring hangar using a 14mm bolt.

The kit does come with 2 bolts and a wrench. There is good quality in the components. Due to some reason, it does NOT come with 2 bolts and nuts that are pictured. They failed to include four washers, which is confusing to me. It is all-inclusive It's a good product that should stop you from having the problems you might have if you try to replace the original bolts during leaf replacement. In order to free the leaf from the original bolt you will need to cut it twice with an angle grinder. Bushings are designed to be used in leaf springs that don't have bushings A shop press is necessary to remove the metal casing from the original bushings. Even if you just burn out the old rubber and leave the casing, the resulting hole diameter is too small for the bushings. It is the ONLY way to install it correctly to press out the ENTIRE original bushing.
The bushing kit I bought for my 2001 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 came as a bit of a gamble - hoping that they'd fit the rear springs I recently bought from All Pro. I was impressed with the way everything came together. Lastly, I want to confirm that the bolts are greaseable. In addition to the grease for poly bushing, Daystar also offers grease for rubber bushings. Whenever a component of the bushing kit does not function as expected, I will edit this review.
I found it to be a perfect fit. Included are greasable bolts which have been gun drilled. It sure makes me wonder how many sales they lose due to the lack of bolts on the website. On my 1st generation Tacoma, these fittings fit perfectly in the front main eyes of the rear leaf springs. Removing the old bushings that were pressed in is the most challenging part of the process.
This is a part for my 2001 Toyota The new 7L worked great. You'll have to remove the left over metal ring in the leaf spring to make room (I used a saws-all to make the cut). Each blade is made from a good Lennox metal). Put some rustoleum paint on it and grease it, then clean the inside surface of the leaf spring. The font size I used was large C It should squeeze into place when you clamp it.
It fits my 97 Toyota Tacoma leaf spring perfectly. I did not use the grease fitting bolt, because it seemed like a weak point.
I could not use them because they were too big for my Tacoma leaf Springs. It has never occurred to me before to use greaseable bolts.
