I was shocked by those Since the Bilstein 4600 series shocks became available for 2017 Ford F350 pickup trucks, I've been a fan, and I feel that the ride with these shocks is far better than the stock shocks with my 2017 pickup

It is difficult to install the front shocks

Compared to OEM shocks, this is a better ride. The rear shocks were very easy to install. Due to a short threaded rod on the shock, the installation of the front shock was difficult. With a floor jack, the rubber bushings had to be compressed in order for the upper nut to start.

Buying them wouldn't better the ride

However, they are just a little more comfortable than The last truck I had had 5100's and was very happy with The nearer these are to them, the further away they are. This is not something I would buy.
