It is not possible to have air suspension unless your car is factory fitted. The air compressor is the only item in your shopping list. There is a control switch on the dash. * Some vehicles come with 4 corner air suspensions. It will work with those as well. You need to fix yours if it doesn't. There is no way to achieve what you are aiming for with this.

When I bought it, I thought it was heavy duty because I needed 100 pounds per square inch, but it wouldn't go above 80 pounds per square inch, and then it stopped working all together after I had used it just five times in 4 months. This is a junk item. In the old days, Firestone was the leading producer of this type of material. A few days ago I called to find out about a local manufacturer's warranty, but did not hear back. The two phone numbers they provided directed me to a voice mail and a website where I could fill out warranty information and they said someone would call me back. You don't have to hold your breath. Regardless, I went to Allstate warranty protection and attempted to set up a claim with them only to be told that it is still under your manufacturers warranty to contact the manufacturer LOL A BIG MONEY SCAM these warranties by Amazon are a huge laugh. As a result, the air suspension I won't be able to use until I buy a new compressor costs $350. The idea that you can throw away a few hundred dollars every five months is ridiculous.
Unfortunately, this one collapsed not long after its inception. There are plenty of units on the market and some of them don't work so well (too small), but this HD unit works great By doing this, my rear air bags are inflated and the weight of the load is stabilized. When I placed the in-cab gauges and switches where I decided to, they look great. This unit will continue to be recommended by me as I have done in the past. The compressor worked fine for about two years then it sat for about six months but I kept popping the fuse to the compressor for airing up my bags. It ended up being frozen up so it's now positioned in a dry location so there is no risk of water leaking in. There is no other course of action that I can take at this point than to disassemble it and see how it's frozen.
It does what it is supposed to. If it were not for the fact that the control panel can only be mounted under the dash, and the F250 has no such area under the dash for mounting components, I would have given it 5 stars. To mount it to the lower trim panel, I had to make a bracket.
Changing the pressure of the air is made possible. I like how this works. Changes in air bag pressure are made much easier because of it. It was necessary for me to hook up a small air compressor to a valve situated at the back of the truck before I started the process.
