The problem The horn I bought is to replace the horn on my Honda Element that sounded like it was dying. This product installs very easily. 150 db is what it sounds like. It seems folks who have read reviews about the 120db said it's difficult to You'd have to ground the black wire when you use the relay they provide instead. The red goes into the factory horn plug, while the black is the ground. My solution was to attach it to the OEM bracket that I had used for mounting and then add an eyelet end to it. I am amazed! It was still too quiet when we had to pay attention to ourselves when driving on these treacherous roads in our class A RV that had two standard horns. I was surprised how easy it was to install and that it worked so well. I did not need the relay or to change the existing fuse because of the immediate response. I highly recommend this book. There's a lot of noise coming from this thing.
