By taking out the wiring from your factory headlights, power for the hids cannot even be provided by your factory wiring. As far as power goes, you'll only utilize the factory wiring as a turn-on wire and the battery as its main source.
With my 2015 Kia optima, I noticed that when I went to start the car, the lights would stay on for a few seconds before going It's possible to tell how many original equipment halogens are in a new car. A halogen system may shut off if it senses it doesn't have any halogens because the system is at risk of being damaged. By drawing direct power from the battery, the harness bypasses this problem. It also uses an OEM light plug to operate
It sounds as though there's a fault with the relay
It is true. It fixed all my problems with my HID lights that I was experiencing with this product

Second, as other reviewers have pointed out, the relay is trash, and it will fail the second time it is used. In any case, it is a common size and just takes a few minutes to replace It is better to be prepared than to be caught unprepared because a relay replacement is more expensive The harness needs to be longer thirdly We strongly recommend that the leads going to the bulbs and the power cables be extended by at least one I suppose it may be okay if you drive a small car like a Honda Civic, but certainly not anything The harness you currently have, although it may appear to be well made, is going to fail at the worst possible time leaving you without headlights. I recommend you purchase a different one to avoid this mishap!.
In a nutshell, The pros are Con Not as affordable as I would have liked. There are times when it works and times when it does not. Having checked the wiring and ensuring the harness is properly installed, I know it has been done correctly. There is a problem with harnesses.
I give it three out of five. Since the headlight has to be switched on and off in order for the DDM Tuning HID kit to work, it receives 5 stars. Please keep us in the loop as it improves and does The harness doesn't function more than 50 percent of the time. To make both hid headlights work, I have to turn on and off the headlights and engine. Having uninstalled and returned this product, I have refunded it.
I am still unsure if I need them at first without the relay since the engine began turning off and on by itself after the relay was installed. Currently, the lights in the car will cut out if any source of electrical current is activated, such as the horn or the The situation appears to be fixed with a quick flick of the headlight switch. I will install the capacitors in order to find out if this fixes the problem. I found the lighting to be a good deal since I'm on a Budget. In my experience, and in those of many other reviewers, I did not have any problems with the different colors of bulbs. However, the connectors are not the highest quality, but I had no problems with them and had to disconnect and reconnect multiple times due to reverse polarity in the 9006 plugs. I would recommend these since they are bright, and I still get flashed by cars approaching from the sides. Update will be made when the capacitors have been.
Throughout my recent testing of the Innovited HID lights, I discovered that they flickered when on AUTO (instead of on) or when the car was in gear. This led me to purchase this product. Based on a quick review of the help page, it appears that the daytime running lights sent low voltage (about 10 volts) to the ballasts, hence It was supposed to be this relay kit that would fix the problem. I bought and installed this kit, which is very straightforward and seems to be A small but! At this point, the harness kit relay just chatters because it is still at the same low voltage and the light is still flickering. In my opinion, the kit was nothing but a waste of money. It might be that a relay should close properly at 10 volts, but mine doesn't. We discovered that it was a simple fix to just cover the light sensor of the automatic head lights and leave the switch set to automatic. There is no end to their broadcasts now. In other words, a harness kit like this would work if it were to work. It would have been better if I had realized that before buying.
I purchased two hid/relay systems lo/hi for my vehicle and this system is of high quality at a great price. It seems all the bad reviews I can imagine are due to poor installation or a lack of understanding of electrical/relay wiring. There is something a little flimsy about the ring terminals and fuse assembly, and I would recommend replacing them with weather-tight connectors. Connectors should be lined with dielectric paste and connected to metal and iron grounds should be tight and clean. I have not experienced any issues with this harness or either of my two innovated premium kits, they both perform flawlessly without question every single time.
As far as the product itself is concerned, it A relay designed for cold climates doesn't function in cold climates and will fail after a few hours of exposure to the elements. Moreover, this is the second time that this has happened and it blew the Trash made for a cheap price. In this case, the fuse for the driver's side headlight blew as well. Known for its good effects on the lighting system and the battery, grounds are a good choice. My electrical output was sent to Innovative, but no response has been received. It has been a pleasure working with Innovative, but the products they provide are lacking.
The quality of the film is average. It is as easy to install as pie. The problem is that this is a The quality of the ballast connectors to the first harness I used didn't work as well as the second harness I bought. I want to buy my first Wiring harness leads can be seen hanging loosely on both of the ballasts at the point of connection. A good but not great build quality. The leads become so loose in the terminals that you can easily pull them out. It was annoying to see the connection break sometimes due to a simple bump There may be times when the terminal leads do not seat back correctly if you tap the connections this occurs sometimes. I'm going to give it another shot, I don't know why they come out of the box loose like that. You could improve the quality of fitting the negative and positive leads into their respective terminals, and this product would be five stars. It's a roll of the dice until it's not.
A 2015 Sonata Hybrid has been having issues with the driver's side lighting not coming on for the past 5 months, especially in cold weather. I've replaced the ballast 3 times and bulb who knows how many times before I figured it out. This solution solved my issue, I honestly cannot understand why it isn't more common knowledge. There are so many threads online about lights that don't work. Initially, it did not work I hooked up the red wire to positive and black to negative, but the lights did not come on. However, I heard the relay clicking, so it was definitely a relay. I placed the ground directly on the chassis after 45 minutes, and I was able to successfully create a product. As of now, my lights are on 100 percent of the time! The product is great.
