Do you have separate holes cut out for each port/plug/switch on the cut out template or is it a rectangular cut out that includes ?

At the back, there are a lot of individual units. As such, they can be removed in single units and would be best inserted into holes that have already been cut out. The array has a template that allows you to do this. A square shape is better at the back (not rectangular).

How large a wire should I use so that I can power all plugs at the same time (worst case scenario)?

The minimum gauge should be 12AWG

Equipment from Blue Sea Systems is the creme de la creme! When I tried one of the cheap panels from China, it wasn't terrible, but the components and assembly were obviously low quality

At less than half the price, it wasn't unusual for the panel to be defective. I returned it and purchased the Blue Sea Systems panel, since I had already purchased several BSS components for this project, and all have been I was immediately able to tell the quality difference when it arrived. Getting in shape and staying active The meter was even higher quality than the cheap panel, especially in the finish and the parts themselves. BSS is the first site I check when I am looking for any part I need for my electrical/solar builds, and I always order their parts when they are more effective simply because they are.

There is a high level of reliability with BlueSea

This blue sea product came wired up in the rear, so I just had to add positive and negative. The two USB ports are great, and the voltage is accurate maybe within a few percent. Three volts has two mounting screws and a template that must be cut out, and then the face plate covers must be cut out.

It was very simple to make the mounting holes and to connect the wires. Volt meter that is easy to read in daylight with just a quick glance.

Autoplicity is a third party company that rips you off, but they are from another company

The power supply is installed on the back of my 2019 Toyota 4Runner for 24/7 access to The ARB fridge it powers is a great addition to my camping equipment. I found it to be very easy to hook up.
