The extra feature which I find extremely useful is the ability to configure this through my Android phone via Bluetooth. Following a trip on the T-S, I did this to calibrate my speedometer This transmission conversion is for the 1956 transmission. I experienced intermittent lag and intermittent stuttering. It was very easy to set up the Dakota app with the iPhone once you installed the Dakota module. It did require a 560 R pull-down resistor across the signal and ground for my Ferrari 308 to be able to recognize the pulses from the sender (see pic), but it appears that this sender is special in this respect.
