It has been verified. I returned home. It was defective, so it was returned to the manufacturer. It has been several years since I started using the Battery Minder smart charger. In this winter, I was going to need an extra tractor battery pack, so I looked at this brand because it seemed to have similar specifications at a lower price. The light on the charger indicates that it is charging, but it does I noticed the battery did not switch into maintenance mode after trying two other batteries. I measured the battery voltage using my Battery Minder and connected the charger. There was no change in battery voltage after 6 hours. I checked and verified my test using my Battery Minder, and I verified the battery.

It works well and has been well thought out

It works well. LEDs clearly indicate the status and function of the device. This looks to be a very good product. Because of too many technical failures that the other company refused to cover under warranty, I no longer purchase the other brand (BT Plus). One of the older battery chargers is still working well after over 10 years. I have had good luck with products from Auto Meter and have had a charger for over 10 years.

The order was placed late July 2016 for a car I owned at the time

The vehicle was purchased late in July 2016 for a car I only drive I'm not the first charger to trickle charge. While it was hooked up correctly, the red light remained on whenever I took an occasional look at it. As a result today, I noticed the car's battery was completely flat after it had not been used for some time. I assumed it was recharging after the car had not been in use. Returns need to be made within 30 days, it seems. It is advisable to beware of potential buyers.
