My cable appears to be too short; should I plug it in under the tank or behind the cover with the key?

It's half-installed on my system. Do you plug it in directly behind the panel that you remove with your key because the wire appears to be far too short?

This attaches to the ignition key hole and plugs in. To access it, you must first remove the gas tank. (I didn't disconnect the fuel lines because I couldn't figure out how to do so without spilling gas all over the place.) I un- I bolted it down and set it on its side on a small end table about the same height.) I believe there is a connector with the same pins/connector behind that panel you can remove with your key, which holds the allen wrench, but it's right near the battery you're referring to. Is it possible for me to install it on my own, or do I need technical knowledge?

It is not necessary to remove the tank; simply route the wiring between the frame and the tank. There will be two panels to remove, one with the key and the other with a few bolts. Allow 15- The installation will cost you $20.

It might be a little too bright at night, but I haven't ridden the bike in the dark, so a night mode would be a nice addition. br>br>You'll need to purchase a relay for this to work, but that's the case with any powered bike mod, and it's a simple plug-and-play.

On my Vulcan S, they work perfectly

It's very simple to set up on my Vulcan S. The only catch is that before you can wire, you must first remove the socket. The socket connector is larger than the hole that must be drilled.

Do you need a service manual to figure out how to get into the Kawasaki's guts? This should suffice. The images are clear, and the production value is excellent. I'd suggest it.
