If you drill two small holes and mount with hardware instead of using the bracket, you might be able to make it fit, but I suspect the hardware on the right side would also cause issues. Unlike the old one, the new one does not include hardware. The old dial model that it came with (which failed in about a year) required me to start the generator to read the hour usage for oil changes. It will be nice not to have to do that with the new digital model.
As I received the meter today, the box that it came in appears to have been opened and glue has hardened all over the meter. There are three sides, a back, and a front. There are clear glue stains on it, as if someone poured them all over. I'm returning it to get it replaced. I hope it will work correctly in the replacement. Now each time I order something from Amazon, it seems like a crap shoot. The items used to be better before, but now they seem to be just a crap shoot. Where is decent quality control these days?.
The finished water is supplied to the community by 5 HP 240 volt 3 phase motors. It is too late to contact the seller for a refund the return policy has expired.
The installation has worked well so far I have been fishing for 3 short trips since the.
I am very satisfied with the hour meter and it handles the vibrations from my generator. It is also said it can work with 12 V dc, but I didn't test that out yet.
The kit arrived on time, but it has not been connected yet. A new air compressor will be installed with 230 - 240 V You'll need 250 volts of AC power. In either case, you can install the meter in a box or you can make a bracket. There is no mounting bracket included with this item.
It's been installed for a fertilizer plant, and they seem satisfied so far.
