The answer is no. There were no wires or plugs, and the guy who fixed ours said that the problem wasn't the wires or plugs. There are rarely any problems with the relays, according to him. That's all I have for now.
You're not likely to get it! Flame sensors are more likely to be used for that. No flame is detected by the furnace control, so it shuts down automatically. In what model do you work?
There may have been a sketch on the order form, but the switch we ordered for our RV water heater was the right one

I located info on how to wire this up In the COM marked terminal, the line goes to 120v. In the NO, Normally Open, the power goes to the heater. **The other 2 terminals are connected to the 12V switch circuit.
The price is reasonable and it works well.
