Is it necessary to drill a hole of a certain size ?

A wire should only be able to pass through the hole if it is large enough.

When it comes to connector pins, what is the maximum size of wire that can be used?

It is hard to say for certain. The old wire I used is 10 gauge, and I've connected it to my quest.

Can you tell me what amperage this is rated at?

Although I am not sure, I have it on a 20amp DC circuit with no problems at all.

There was a problem with the plug I was using because it made a lot of noise. (Again) This secures the connection by making connections adequate at best. The product is great, and it is very.

They are very good at what they do

In addition to protecting against corrosion, the covers provide additional safety. The LED underwater lights work extremely well on my boat for lighting my spotlights, black lights and LED underwater lights for night fishing and shrimping in Florida (both saltwater and freshwater).

We used it to power the refrigerator in a Jeep. It was easy to install. We would buy it again, but won't need to since it is made so well.

It is a well designed and made unit, including all the fasteners inside. This is one of the few connectors that autohelms can use to carry higher current. The Perko 1190DP0CHR 12V Marine Watertight Deck Connection is significantly better.
