We were able to find the perfect solution with this! It was easy to separate the wires from the old and new plugs, and the factory wires were inserted into the new plug with the white clip secured in place. I like the plugs very much, and they work well! You can use the plugs if that's all you need. Splicing the wires is not a good idea.

That's so cool! I purchased the 2009 Camry, and it fits perfectly. In the process of removing the old plug, the tab broke. The wires were taken out from the new one first, then I removed each wire, one at a time, from the old one so that the order would be maintained. in summary no need to splice the wires just swap out the old and use the new one It worked in my 2009 Camry.
