These were a gamble I took, but it turned out to be a good one. During the service of my 2011 328i with a N52 motor, it developed a coil failure. It was a Bosch-listed replacement 022150470, even though there were bad reviews on Amazon. I originally ordered six of them. There certainly is no way Bosch could produce a product that was as bad as they were reviewed to be. I installed all 6 but the car did not start subsequently. I installed the original Bosch motor again and the motor started and ran as it would have One of them was then changed out - Having trouble installing the Bosch new coil for the one bad old one, I finally got one that worked after three attempts.
Now I was back on track as I returned the 6-volt to the dealer. It comes in a pack of three defective Bosch units out of six. My search for coil prices in the several hundred dollars led me to AA Ignition, who was listing these for many cents less. Then, they were only receiving reviews from a couple of sources. According to a few car forums I browsed online, the AA ignition coils get good reviews around the internet. I thought what the heck, they were just about the most reasonable coils I could find. I also could get Prime delivery the next day when I ordered on a Friday night. It was a Sunday afternoon and they arrived just in time in the afternoon to install the systems. In order to gain a deeper understanding of my condition, I installed the AA ignition coils four at a time It was now time to ensure that all was well. That's what they were too! As you know, I was a bit concerned as these coils were listed to be compatible with many additional BMW models, a considerably more extensive cross reference than what the actual part numbers indicated when I was doing I do my research, as you can see. Nevertheless, they are doing great with about 100 miles of test drive completed. I will provide a follow-up of their progress. I am writing a follow-up review because I believe these coils deserve to be known.

It wasn't good for me, so I am not sure what anyone else experienced. These ignition coils were used in place of all plugs (NGK). After driving about 20 miles, she came home and was about to leave for home There were odd sounds coming from the vehicle when it was idling. The smell of burnt rubber and smoke surrounded me after I opened the hood to investigate. After removing the engine cap, I noticed that the ignition coil in the first cylinder was smoking and bubbling, which indicated that the plastic head was probably.

It seems that after literally a thousand different kinds of fake Chinese coils we have finally found a Euro-made coil that actually works and exceeds the factory BMW coil Professional) into my 2005 BMW 325CI Cabrolet M-class A new spark plug was also installed when the 54-engine was overhauled. You can see in picture #1 that the ignition coils pulled are of a German Factory. It looks like the original coils are in great shape, but it is unclear what is happening on the electronic side because of their erodibility. A perfect fit has been achieved with the replacements. While they don't snap into place perfectly, they never fail to lock the harness in place In the – The amount of traffic is less than it should be. In order to protect the plug from corrosion, BMW recommends dabbing a small amount of dielectric grease on the bottom tube opening. You need to lubricate the tubes at all times! It may interest you to know that BMW does not recommend anti-virus software Ok, so I sprayed freeze spray on the plugs and the coils snapped into place. I completed the job in below one There is no reason to expect the shop or dealer to charge you less than hundreds of dollars per coil, plus hundreds for labor for a job of this kind. This means better starting power and performance compared to the stock coils. It fired right up with no codes, and it read a little higher voltage than the factory coils. If you are looking to buy BMW parts, be mindful of the Asian market. Since non OEM parts are deemed harmful by BMW, many of its engines have been destroyed. Additionally, I would like to thank these very kind people in Florida customer service for sending the PDF Coil installation file. This is a 5 STAR rating.

I then started the engine after each kit was installed to make sure they all fired. There was no need to reinstall as everything went smoothly. New Orleans trip took two days and the fuel economy went up from 29 to 32. There have been eight trips to 31 in the past. We now have coil packs for the new iPhone 9. Each way it was about 110 miles, so it was a total of more than Despite the ease of installation, the ease of use, and the fantastic price I am very pleased with the performance of my vehicle. I would highly recommend these packs.

I decided to give it a try after reading comments made by other users knowing my 2011 BMW 328i is very particular about OEM parts. I used an easy installation (less than one hour) and my car runs great with no engine code warnings. In the dealer's office they want $144 for each coil while here I got all 6 coils for less than $100. DIY videos on YouTube are especially helpful in this DIY project. I saved almost $1000 by doing it myself. This is a product I highly recommend.

The 2012 BMW 328i N52 is in good condition. Two out of six of the OE Bosh coil packs did not work when I first bought them. These are the ones I sent back and wanted to give them a try. Thus, the first price was excellent compared to the Original Equipment price. In the event that I have any issues with the company I will update this review. In the current state, there are five You can save $100 if you join. Updating my review, I have had zero problems with my Dec 10 coil packs so far. There have been no misfires on all 6 coil packs since June when they were installed.

Having replaced all six of them with new plugs in my 2010 BMW 328i Coupe at 60,000 miles, I decided to install additional sets just to make sure. There is no more missing or stuttering that was previously experienced, just smooth acceleration now. I no longer notice a difference between high octane fuel and regular fuel, the car runs equally well on both.
