Do you know how to use a vacuum advance unit with this?

On my 1969 Bosch distributor, I have a vacuum advance that works For my distributor, the points are mounted on a plate, which is connected to the vacuum advance so that it moves with the points when a vacuum is present. As a result, the kit does not change the vacuum advance because it replaces the points on the top of the plate.

After hours of research, I found that the PerTronix site was the best place to get the right Bosch distributor kit for my Bobcat. It was the same kit that Bobcat owners upgrade to upgrade their Ford Industrial The distributors of Bosch engines with 6 liters. According to the photos, it was the only product on the PerTronix website even close to matching. In Youtube videos, I see that exactly the same 1843 kit is installed on exactly the I found it to be a good fit. That was all I had to say. There was too much space between the coil and the rotating magnet due to the set detent. One quarter of an inch. The rotating magnet did not sit far enough down to facilitate proper rotation without interference. I also cleaned the shaft and even applied a light film of grease to the shaft after matching the flats up with the magnet. I have broken the magnet ring. There was no problem with it The storm outside was blizzarding, so I needed to start the plow in order to clear As I mentioned before, I had to put UV cured super glue on the cracked magnet when it came off. As a result, I had to move the assembly arm out of the detent location in order to get it into the proper air gap of 10 to 50 thousand. Even though it worked before, it didn't work this time. In my capacity as an electrical engineer, I tried to place everything at the right place before testing the assembly. In fact, it did not even pull the coil to ground, let alone release it to Neither the coil nor I burned up. In order to be able to turn on the ignition, I built a momentary switch. It has happened to me before to leave the key on while the point was engaged and burn up points. The manufacturer, Pertronix, seems to have a fit issue with this model, and states that it fits all Bosch distributors from 1952 until The kit doesn't resemble any other kit even close to it, and they don't have one. Therefore, I have a $109 piece of trash that I cannot return since it has become broken and may not have worked in the first place! So I had to spend an hour re-fixing the old point set at the end of the day. The BH distributor network is six strong. It was installed on the first day. The Ford Kent industrial engine I've got is for my Gehl skid loader and works great thanks to my Bosh distributor.
