It is fake from China

I would recommend that you do not buy! A Chinese and a waste of time. Wires were removed from the old plug to replace it, and that caused the item to break. The order for QuickSilver arrived a day or two after the last order. Chinese trash as you might expect from Made in China.

This cap is adequate in terms of quality, but not as good as an OEM cap. While the rotor fit, the metal plating was cheap-looking, so I wasn't able to After cleaning the Mercruiser rotor, I installed it back on the engine. I had no problems with anything.

The engine ran poorly after being installed in the boat. In the boat, the engine backfired and the engine At a local parts store, I purchased a new cap and rotor and now the boat works like a charm.
