I was pleased to find that this TFI module was Ford-type! I had problems with the original TFI module for my Ford
5/5

When the engine is warmed up, failure symptoms include misfires and the tachometer jumping quickly. It has a manual transmission. I have a 91 Ford Mustang GT with a As soon as I found out I needed a new TFI module, I went to my local Ford dealership's parts department. According to them, I would need to pay $166 for the original factory part. This Accel module was found on Amazon after I searched the internet and on the internet. What was my biggest question can I start the Accel 35369 using push start? I wasn't able to find this info anywhere, and I knew from some forum posts that Accel's product would not work the same as the OEM model, and that it would not support push start. There are two versions, one for automatic transmission, and one for manual transmission. There was a statement on the Accel 35369 TFI control module that stated It was a risky purchase for me. What are the results of my test? To begin with, getting the original TFI off of the Ford Mustang's distributor was a challenge. It was necessary to purchase a deep 7/32 The Napa store at my local mall had one. Additionally, you will need to purchase heat sink compound from Radio Shack since Accels only ships it with clear silicone. Installing and testing the TFI for 35369 went well. All work perfectly, no more missing, and no more jumping tachometer. As well as push starting on my 91 Ford Mustang, I recently tested Accel 35369 TFI Control Module, and yes, it does support push starting! The purchase saved me nearly $100 and I am very glad I decided to buy it. As for the Accel 35378, I don't know if I could have pushed start my Mustang with the more common model. One month ago, it worked well. Now, it continues to work well. As a result, if you have the Manual 5, go straight to Step 9. If you have a 0L Ford, this part is for you.

The schedule

A Lincoln 5 of my own. Even after doing a tune up, the miss was still there. Sometimes it might have disappeared, but most of the time it would not. The accelerator was replaced with an Accel hardware unit (a GREAT price!) with the heat sink from Radio Shack. The problem has been.

I had issues with my engine when I used There was a misfire and the tach jumped up and down. Sending it back was not an option. However, I managed to replace it with a Motorcraft DY1284 and it worked fine.
