The solution works, but I have no idea how
Simply place a business card between the cylinder and the module. The gap between the two will be the width of the business card. You can find a few videos on setting the ignition module gap on YouTube.
This is a generic replacement engine for my Ryobi pressure washer which uses a Honda GCV190 engine. It is not an OEM replacement as it is more of a generic replacement. I like it very much and it fits perfectly. This item is said to work with the Honda GCV160 in its description on Amazon. You can try it, and if it doesn't work, you can contact Amazon Customer Service, and they will take action on the seller's behalf.

I did not have a problem with it. It was used for a complete carburetor and ignition rebuild on an XR2500 power washer I obtained second hand and was unable to keep it All gaskets, the spark plug coil and the fuel pump as well as the carburetor were replaced. As soon as it started up, it worked perfectly. I had to work very hard This is 10-10 Take 15 minutes to complete. A pipe that runs through water. As the pump got stronger, it became louder.
