The high temperatures and low temperatures of the exhaust system cause header and manifold flanges to warp, which results in gaps between the head and header that Remflex exhaust gaskets seal completely because of their thickness and compressed nature

Emflex exhaust gaskets are available in a standard 1/8-inch thickness and are designed to crush by 50 percent, allowing them to fill any pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch.

Due to the contraction and expansion of the dissimilar materials, the combination of an aluminum cylinder head and steel header or manifold can cause gap issues in the matching flanges. Remflex exhaust gaskets eliminate these gaps completely.

Remflex exhaust gaskets do not contain rubber binders or composite materials, therefore they are not subject to shrinking or hardening over time or due to temperature extremes, so you will not need to retighten the exhaust bolts periodically.

There is no better gasket for 2 bolts than this

As a result of trying these and the 6005 part number, these ended up being the most suitable for my application (2007 Toyota 4runner with Doug Thorley headers and custom downpipe flanges), however they will fit any 2 bolt flange of the specified size range. to form a good gasket fill and seal, and I preferred it to flat metallic gaskets and high temperature rubber that I had previously failed with. It is a product that I strongly recommend, along with many other Remflex products. In addition, the customer service was very helpful when I had trouble choosing between sizes. Please accept my thanks once.

There's something very wrong with this gasket

Worked like a charm for me. I feel right at home. Excellent gaskets for a very modest price. A leak does not exist. In conjunction with an exhaust I installed on my friend's car, I used these gaskets. It was easy for these gaskets to be applied and to be crushed evenly when needed to ensure a good The service is excellent and I would utilize it again when required.

I was able to make it work on my Ford even though it is listed as Even though it is listed for a Mopar, it fit my Ford just fine

According to the manufacturer, the exhaust leak would be sealed if installed properly. The leaks are still there.

I have used Remflex gaskets a few times in the past and I would recommend them without any reservations. The flanges are of very high quality, and their thick construction means they can seal rusted and warped flanges without fail. There is only one drawback to these kits they cannot be repurposed As a result. The rest of the time, they're my favorite exhaust gaskets.
