As I had two different sized pipe tubes fitting into my vehicle, my collegue suggested I try this product since I needed an gasket. There was something that moved from Remflex's gripshite gasket set to my home. Having said all that, this gasket is one of my all time favorites when it comes to gasketing any exhaust coupling. It has little or no thickness, so they tend to seal worse than they should be if their material is metal. To find out, the gasket now has a thick layer. The fabric is often "crushed" into a perfect fit since it's light and fluffy. The open end of this particular type enabled it to be thoroughly adjusted before it was buttoned. However, there is one crucial point you must be aware of: A very fragile item. Because it is fragile enough that when it is stretched too much, it can literally fall apart. Since it will only work as a sealant to remove items and replace the exhaust, it would not necessarily work any other job besides replacing any exhaust bolts or removing those items. As a result, your hands will be filled with one of the best gaskets ever produced.
The cars I owned had two-bolt gaskets that I have used. These are also the next best option for those with Subaru STi vehicles, Nissan 300ZX vehicles etc. They don't have the MLS Stainless gasket. The material is extremely thick and very well sealed. It is excellent value and highly recommended.
The gasket is among the top-notch ones. The gaskets blew out on my 1971 AMC Javelin SST have always forced me, whenever I drive headers, to close all the doors regularly. The best gaskets made my gasket, and sometimes the least best ones, and each one ended up going out eventually. Compared to all the other gasket I have used, these are the ones that lasted longest. There have been no leaks since they were installed. Some of them may be cheaper than others, however, I get what I pay for it. I have used the most common gasket for my experience.
A leaking exhaust even after using the original factory gaskets caused a serious malfunction. One part of Remflex gaskets that worked made all the difference. The products were great.
". In my opinion, the large thickness was a huge plus. My BRZ wouldn't have fit through the exhaust in place of a OEM cat. Therefore, it sealed the connection.
Putting the body in the right shape is a good strategy. A long-lasting system will likely exist.
Working with American manufacturing and they work!.
Used a lot, wouldn't change it. is thick and a nice material to work with.
