Product Description

The Ford V10 Triton has a 6-inch round port with a 1-1/2" diameter. Manifolds or Headers - 8L ('97-'12), 1-1/2" Round Ports, 2 Sets

The heating and cooling of the exhaust system causes the manifold and header flanges to warp and create gaps between them, which are completely sealed when using Remflex exhaust gaskets from 100% flexible graphite due to the exceptional thickness and compressibility.

In addition to being available in a standard 1/8-inch thickness, Remflex exhaust gaskets are designed to compress by 50 percent, allowing them to fill pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16-inch in diameter

It is likely that an aluminum cylinder head coupled with a steel header or manifold will cause gaps in the flanges due to contraction and expansion of the dissimilar materials Remflex exhaust gaskets will correctly fill those gaps.

The Remflex exhaust gaskets contain no rubber binders or composites, so they will not shrink or harden with time or temperature, preventing the need to constantly tighten flange bolts or do it all over again.

There are actually two in the package. I thought there was only one but there are two. This is a good deal.

For 2005 and earlier, the part number is correct There is an indication that this product is meant to fit It stated on the back of the package that it was only for 1997-2002 when I received it Due to circumstances beyond my control, I own a 2005 F-150 PN 3076 should be used for the 350 V10 that appears to encompass 2005-2009 Due to the aggravation of having to return the product and depending on the incorrect product description, I gave it a two star rating

I tried contacting Amazon directly but the Comments section would not accept my feedback, so this is where I provide feedback. In looking at the product 3023, it looks like it may be a promising product. It seems to be quite crushing, so it should be able to seal a manifold that may be a bit.

Gasket whose thickness is high

It has a very thick seal. A great seal has been achieved on the exhaust manifold thanks to the fit. This is an installation of the Triton V10 on a 98 Winnebago Chieftain.
