Is there a grounding strap or any other hardware included besides what's shown in the picture?

There was no ground strap on the one I received. The breathing tube fits into slots, and I believe screws were included. Installing it is a breeze. I hope you find this information useful.

This part is still functional, but it lacks the OEM ground strap

The part is in good working order; simply remove the old strap and replace it with this one. To install this on a Neon (1997), drill out the rivets and replace them with spring clips in the three holes that will line up perfectly, which were removed from the old part; the part now fits perfectly.

It was an excellent solution. To remove the bracket, the unit needed to be modified by drilling out the Rivets around it. After that, all of the holes lined up, and installation was a breeze. '99 Plymouth Neon Highline' is a car made by Plymouth.

Material and paint quality are both excellent. It's the perfect match for my 1998 Neon. My inlet tube was rusted and peeling, so I was relieved to discover that this item was still available. Because this part did not belong on my car, I had to remove the plastic piece from the top of the tube, where the inlet side is. The rivet holes lined up perfectly with the plastic fuel door when I cut the aluminum rivets off to remove this piece. I'm very pleased with how well it fits in my car.
