The hinge is what you can see in the photo. There are no screws or a plastic door, but those are already present on the vehicle. It was all I needed at the time.

The hinge is metal, despite the fact that the description stated that it was plastic. On my 2003 Element, it was simple to replace the broken fuel door hinge. For the time being, it's working perfectly; if there are any issues in the future, I'll update my review.
