What will happen if I try to pull motor oil out of the dipstick tube with this?

Thank you for your comments. It has been done but the 1/4 line delays it. Oil MUST be completely warm before being used. It all comes down to viscosity. After the flush is complete, flush with kerosene.

How do I install it on my Lexus RX350 2009?

Any car should be able to use it. The one I have is great.

Is there anyone who knows whether this will work on a 2003 Ford Explorer? Could you please thank me?

Using it to empty the 100 gallon tank on my 1982 Mako boat I was able to empties a 1994 Jeep Cherokee.

It is a great product, but the repackaging is frustrating
4/5

I am better at giving advice than they are. What I really like about the product is the idea behind it We suggest that you pack a 12v fuel pump in a waterproof (odorproof) case, wire it to the 12v automotive port, add tubing for various situations, and you're ready to go. I also love the way it works - Siphoning no longer has to be messy and hard to control. There is nothing missing in the kit, and the components are all of good quality. All instructions are clear and detailed. I have the Standard model, which has the gold pump, so I will have some storage issues depending on what version I have. After I opened it for the first time I could not get it back in the case without wrestling with it. They provide advice on storage and repackaging in the (thorough) instructions, along with a link to a video on their website. A unit shown in their video has a black pump with fittings that extend to a 90 degree angle from the pump's Fittings that are oriented in this manner would be much less bulky than the orientation of the fittings on the gold pump, which are just For this, one star is taken off - There's no help for me at all. Having been tired of worrying about fitting the tube octopus back into the case each time, I finally took the opportunity to study the problem in detail. A wrap of the white tubing around the pump at the bottom of the case seemed to be the most effective method. Connect the wiring to the back of the device and bundle it. After this, position the yellow intake tubing towards the front of the case close to the middle. After that, coil the yellow discharge tubing around the perimeter of the apparatus. You can add the rest of the accessories here or You can now close it easily. Examples of how to coil the tubing and how it looks when you have finished it are shown in my pictures.

It was a great idea for a short while, but not for long

Before I ever used this, I had it for about a year. This tool would have been great to have the tools I owned but it could only go through about six 5 gallon As of the 6th day, it had died half way through the fifth. I made a point of checking the pump for overheating even when I used it for one can rather than running back to back. * Therefore, I have a plastic case for $89 that continues to serve as a tool. A pump of this quality and status should be included, for the price.

This piece of junk is useless

The pump should be of high quality since you are paying such a high price for it. That's not the case! The pump is in a plastic box and it is cheap. The price of the item was a surprise to me when I opened the box. After plugging it in for the first time, one of the blades fell Do you really mean it? It's the first time I've bought Chinese junk. I was trying to stay away from it, but this is no better and you pay a STAY AWAY FROM THIS!.

Thanks to you, I didn't drop the gas tank of my Having to deal with internal combustion engines (both gas and diesel) is part of my job as a property manager
5/5

My Ford Ranger had been left idling in ethanol fuel for too long and I decided to use the GasTapper 12V Gasoline Transfer Pump/Siphon to try to flush it out. Gases such as ethanol go bad after a few months if they are not stabilized and are notorious for causing fuel system maintenance In order to get rid of the bad ethanol gas, I had to empty the tank. Taking the tank off of this Ford Ranger is a major chore that requires many new seals and parts that are not inexpensive. My friends and I spent about a hundred dollars on the GasTapper 12V Gasoline Transfer Pump/Siphon and pumped the gas A few filthy dirty hours was saved under the truck, and the parts were probably about as expensive as having to replace the hoses and seals as a result. The pump was quiet, clean, and performed quickly. Some manipulation was required to allow the included hoses to pass through the anti-theft device A siphon/evap mechanism is at work in the Ranger-style filler nozzle In fact, I felt like an obtuse gastroenterologist performing a colonoscopy in the dark- However, you need to think things through and prepare After some practice with the plastic hose, I was able to bend it perfectly. This note should be noted In the manual, after pumping gasoline or ethanol gas, there is a very intelligent instruction to run some diesel fuel through the pump so that excess gas can be flushed out and the pump is protected/lubricated When it comes to using the GasTapper 12V Gasoline Transfer Pump/Siphon, if your pump only runs diesel fuel and no diesel fuel is run through it as required, then it will not work within six months. Please don't throw this tool in the trash. Follow simple instructions and keep it from going to waste. The following is an excerpt from the article.

Not all cars will be compatible with this device
3/5

Among the pros are A compact and versatile product The siphoning system and instructional videos are the cons. The cable may not fit all cars, my car had to be modified for it to work, it doesn't come with car battery clamps.

Suggestions If you plan on spending almost $100 on this system, make sure that it will work on Obtain a 5 foot length of 1/2 inch vinyl tubing and a length of refrigerator water line material One end of the waterline tubing should be cut at an angle in order to simulate the Gas Tapper Tubing. You must first watch the instructional videos on the Gas Tapper site or you will not be able to use your hoses or The hoses need to be lubricated with silicone lubricant or WD40. You can bypass the anti-virus if you find a way to do so Don't hesitate to purchase the Tapper if you need a siphon valve. When blowing air into the gas tank, you can determine if the tubing is in the gas tank. A bubble will be heard in the gas tank if the line is in there. Having done just that, I discovered that the tubing provided by Tapper did not work as well as the ones I made myself. Tapper 1/4 inch line was just too short and did not reach into the gas tank deep enough. I was able to siphon gas successfully from my 2014 Honda Accord and my 2013 Porsche Boxster S using my tubing and Tapper pumping system. It takes about 2 minutes per gallon to fill the tank. According to the Tapper specs, the flow rate is correct. Originally, this unit was powered by a cigarette lighter plug that plugged into the car's outlet however, that has since changed. As an accessory, Gas Tapper offers the option of clamping onto the car battery, but no option for clamping onto the car battery is currently available. There are many cars that have outlets that are dead unless the engine is running or the car is in accessory Alternative ways to resolve this problem include using lithium-ion batteries Jumper battery for car made of lithium ion. If you want to do this, you will have to access the jumper's battery terminals directly and will not be able to use the battery clamp attachments, since their internal electronics may serve to prevent the jumper from operating if there is no voltage

At the end of the day, the price point of this product seems high considering the quality and performance you're getting. Purchasing a fuel pump with appropriate clamps and using your own test hoses will be more economical than purchasing the testing equipment in the first place.
