Exactly what you're thinking, I too thought the same thing. I was impressed with how well that made the truck accelerate. It was a lot of money, but on my truck, it made it spool up faster and accelerate faster. On the truck I also installed a cold air intake by Banks, which helped it run a little cooler. Though I have never used a bank product before, I am very pleased with it. The quote above is from

The audio is excellent and the spool up time is much faster.
I am not sure why the instructions had me pull out a bunch of wires and plugs to disconnect the elbow. I did not have to strip Also not sure why they want you to ground the grid heater, and if they do, then why did they not send you Is it going to take 25 bolts? To fit the boost tube, I didn't need to remove the washer fluid reservoir, but since some people might, it might be necessary for them as well. Basically, everything fell into place without any problems. I put the boost tube in first, and attached the rubber coupling. After I put the elbow in with the boost tube, I had to get the rubber coupling from the boost tube to fit over the elbow. Lots of wiggling and swearing,.

It might have been better if we had gotten higher It was all fixed after a little bit of work. It was easy to use the tube, so I'm happy.
You just need to take your time. It allows a lot more air into my engine. I'm seeing over 20 mpg when I drive in town with a 1 ton Having changed the exhaust system, too, I am no longer seeing the black smoke.
All parts were included, no damage was found and the delivery was made on time. A noticeable turbo lag was seen when I was driving a 6 speed manual transmission. There is no longer any lag whatsoever. There is an overall improvement in acceleration, it has been too windy for accurate fuel usage numbers on the highway, yet there are indications of a gain in town of around 2 miles per gallon.
When Turbo is powered up, the whistle is higher pitched.
I had to grind and sand it to get it smooth. The intake looked great but was rough inside. It took some time to grind and sand it smooth, but fits well and looks good 2000 Dodge.

(except Banks now) I have 212K in my stock. The situation has not changed at all. To be honest, this is a little bit of a lie. All that bragging about this being a great upgrade is not true. It's not a part of me. Let's save you some money, unless you need an extra 2 mpg.
