It does come with a sticker you have to place under the hood in order to comply with California emission regulations.
It's never necessary to replace the filter, as far as I'm aware. You can easily clean your filter by purchasing It's just a matter of spraying the cleaner on the filter, wash it off, and wait for it to dry before applying the oil. K and K Among the ones I use is one from N.

There are a few small flaws in the design of the product that keep it from getting 5 stars. There is so much weight on the filter that it just broke off under its own My customer support team overnighted me a new filter which I placed a brace on so that I wouldn't have to deal with this A rubber spacing bolt is also present, but it should be made of Another 5 miles later, the car broke down. A steel section was purchased from Lowe's and I was able to fix that as well. I normally reengineer a few things when I use a product, but this is not one of them.
Fourteen hundred and seventy-seven, 1997 A cylindrical form. I like this since it fits snug and is C-shaped. The California Secretary of State approves it, and you can use it as proof of -I just passed Smog testing with it (visual and exhaust). The power is up, and the exhaust sound is nice. I found the fit and finish to be nice, and I will see whether it keeps water out once the rainy season hits and I drive Up to date In the rainy season in Northern California, I have had the chance to blast through lots of mud and puddles. As a result of the design, this thing really prevents water from getting inside the engine. 30 years old and going strong No issues navigating a 25mph road through 2ft of mud, a 1 ft deep puddle, 1 ft deep puddle, and a 2 ft deep puddle. The product is great.
When it came to Jeeps with air intakes, I wasn't sure whether I should believe the hype. However, now that I have installed it, I am a believer. Almost as easy as installing new bumpers and my 4 cylinder TJ with 31 inch tires now has more pick up. I especially enjoy driving in 2nd or 3rd gear and climbing hills in town (not offroad). Furthermore, when you really get on it, you hear a nice (without being annoying) roar from the engine.
A good value for the price, it gives her more power, better gas mileage, and sounds nice while sucking in lots of air through the filter and the large intake pipe.
Although I think this looks great, I'm not sure if it does anything different. There wasn't really a secure fit for the carburetor opening on the Jeep, and the sound is a little more intense. You can get one for a decent price if you want one of these.
This is a simple and easy to install product. Fuel economy has improved and, if I am optimistic, I can feel an increase in horsepower when shifting down. It keeps airflow cooler when I wrap it in heat shield tape. The new intake system just seems more natural to me than the old one.
I find the sound amusing. nice and seems extremely well built, however, it caused the engine sound to change in a negative way and it was not a good low rumble sound. A 1997 4 cylinder wrangler just came to me and I'm trying to squeeze as much power out of it as possible. Having the stock plenum and tube removes the funny sound that the engine makes.
