This device is installed on my 2004 Yukon and it does not disturb me. The tone is nice and mellow. If you don't know who to call then ask your local muffler shop to install and weld the connections. The u clamp seemed like it

There is a mild sound as described, a little louder than OEM at low RPMs. The installation of the pipe over the axel was a bit tricky since the hangers didn't line up 100 percent. Hangers were difficult to pull but I was able to install them after stretching them out.
Added this to my 05 Tahoe 5 and it works great. Approximately 3L of water were consumed in about two hours. It could have been done faster but there were beverages The sound is much deeper than the stock system, which makes the system sound great on startup. As for HP and Gas Mileage, I have not been able to confirm or deny them, but I can tell that it does not require quite so much pedal to get off the line or to highway speeds. no drone in the cabin regardless of whether we are traveling on a city street or highway. The sound is fantastic, and the performance gain is not difficult to notice, but to anyone wanting a longer life and better performance without a "loud" exhaust, I highly recommend this.
The system is fantastic! To replace the rotted stock exhaust system on my 2004 GMC Yukon, I installed this product. The exhaust note is great it is not too loud, and there is no droning even at highway speeds. Fuel economy is improved, and weight is reduced. The con is one-piece system, but when I opened the box, I discovered that it is composed of three pieces and is assembled with clamps, which are always the first to rust and rot. Rather than trying to do it myself, I had a local muffler shop weld it together for me for DIYers should take care to have a reciprocating saw, metal blade, and WD-40 on hand You'll need to use a saw to cut off the stock exhaust. Get Copper anti-corrosion tape from your local parts store The flange coming off the catalytic converter should be lubricated and spare studs kept in stock. as I removed the stock system. ) Be sure that all exhaust hangers are hanging vertically before tightening everything.
The fitment for the 4x4 was great, it was not too loud and did not have too much cabin noise when towing. It definitely makes the truck sound like one.
I trimmed off the ends of one of the hangers that was too long and the hanger fits perfectly now. My sawzall took no more than two seconds. It was easy to install this exhaust, which is tough to do. The sound is great. I don't want to sound too loud, but just loud enough to be heard.
This kit is 3L and we decided on it. Sound is mildly aggressive and could actually be a little louder, but that's purely a matter of personal taste. My Yukon's sound system is definitely audible from a distance, and adds a lot of authority to my vehicle. In fact, I have a good deal of confidence in my Yukon even from a distance. There's no need to drill or screw anything into the kit! I am confident that you won't be disappointed. Do not think twice, buy it.
An installation like this would be best welded in.
The installation process is easy. Putting the volume level at 4, I would rate it as 4 of 10. There are two exhaust systems available, one being stock.
