Will any of the warranties on the 2013 Club I'm buying this week be voided as a result of this?
I'd go to the dealership and inquire about it. Some dealerships don't mind if lifts are installed as long as the vehicle is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Even if they say no, it's a simple install/removal, so take your stock exhaust off and keep it, and put it back on if you need warranty work. It's like having the best of both worlds. When you installed the Magnaflow exhaust, did you replace the exhaust hangers as well?
No, the original hangers were used, and they are in perfect working order.
Is it a deep throaty sound or a ricy whine with a higher pitch?

This is a fantastic upgrade for the Miata. No welding is required for a quick and simple installation. One simple pipe to cut and connect; once installed, it's a noticeable upgrade over stock exhaust, and the tone is rich. rich, but not obtrusively so.

The exhaust system is fantastic

It is simple to put together. It took me 25 minutes in total. The lower valance will be touched by the chrome tips. To achieve a 1/4" air gap, use two heavy-duty zip ties to pull up the valance. It doesn't change the appearance in any way. There are two holes in the rear metal frame that are precisely where they should be. A quick fix that takes only two minutes. It's a great look with the perfect tone. I am very pleased with the system.
