The aluminum heat shield protects the motor

The cover was purchased to cover the 4/0 battery cable on a customer's ambulance RV conversion. Velcro installation was extremely easy, and the cover is still as tight as new after five months of use under the body. In this case, the product is more cost-effective than DEI or similar products, and it's working properly with almost no heat getting to the cable above the exhaust pipe.

You get a lot of heat shield for the price you pay. It is velcro-fastened and easy to cut. Thus far it seems to hold well. The product is excellent. I would buy it.

This product does everything it is described to do

I recommend getting a diameter larger than needed for Velcro to fit around wire looms as they are simple to cut and Velcro on. Since it's Velcro, bending it around bends is difficult, so having more space around the wires wouldn't be a bad idea.
