The diameter of this pipe is 4 inches. I don't think the Rav4 has such a big diameter. On a diesel-powered motorhome, I installed the system.
This tip is flared to fit over a 4" exhaust pipe no problem. Just installed it on my 4" exhaust pipe.
The answer is yes. When I bought it, there was a huge tip on there, and it was so heavy that it actually cracked the exhaust pipe where it As well as being effective, this tip looks good as well. There are no more soot deposits on the paint too!
There is no Allen head on mine, but there is a bolt on it. In my case, it was either a 1/2 inch or a 1 inch

So far, it has not discolored, and it looks as good now as when it was first put The only problem I have with it is that it is a little shorter than I would have As I should have ordered a longer one, I am to blame. In my case it does a good job of keeping the diesel exhaust from my fender because a longer one would cover up more of the tailpipe. But it won't work on a Chevy Colorado.
There is a 2013 Yamaha v star 1300 deluxe in my garage. In the past, I had swapped out the stock exhaust for a cobra 2 into one. However, the manufacturer didn't offer any nice tips for their products. Knowing that the diameter of this tip was fairly close to my existing exhaust diameter, I decided to try it out. It worked out okay, though there was a tad more play between the tip and exhaust than I expected. I filled the gap by wrapping the manifold wire insulation wrap around the exhaust tip. I love the way it looks and how long it is. Adding this to the bike gave it a custom look.
For the price, the product is of high quality. It would likely have cost me more if it were more expensive. The chrome finish almost looks used, the tip of the blade is not filed properly, and the cut is not straight.
I am very impressed with the quality of this product. Diesel soot was kept off the truck and camper tie downs by this product, which was installed perfectly. Honestly, I like this exhaust tip a lot. It is a great book that I recommend.
Excellent turn down tip! If you live in a rough area where it can be stolen, I would suggest welding it to the tailpipe since it is so easy to install and remove. In addition, if you want it to fit, you'll probably need to shorten your tailpipe since it only slides onto the expanded section up to 2 1/2 inches before it won't slide any farther.
Love that it keeps black straps off my boat. It slipped over my 4 inch exhaust pipe easily and tightened right up without any stretches. It doesn't fade and shines like new after I wash it. Recommended!! MBRP, thanks for your support.
The installation was simple and it looks great. By directing exhaust gases off my axle, I can prevent them from being released into the atmosphere. So far, it hasn't suffered from tarnish or changed color. It will be interesting to see what happens.
