If you wish to start sliding on the clamp, you need to open it far enough and expand it enough to extend the bolt. In addition, you might file the edge of the exhaust pipe if it has any edges. You do want the fit to be tight, so good
That's too vague an answer, isn't it? This is 5"x2".

I was able to install it on my John Deere 1025R with no issues. I was able to slip it on with a little assistance. Tire clearance is the only thing you need to watch out for. In order to prevent the tire from hitting it at full lock, the wheel must be angled slightly toward the frame. This is a much better alternative to factory designs!.
The exhaust is quieter, and the defect gas is DOWN as it should be and not out where someone can be choked or recirculated back into the With a zawsaw we were able to cut off 6 inches of the original exhaust pipe so the pipe would be under rather than sticking from the side - kind of defeated the purpose if you merely stuck it on the end of the existing pipe. Fast shipping and excellent quality. You can't ask for more, can you? Excellent value for money.
A perfect chrome coating covers this piece of stainless steel that is both heavy and solid. This tip could have been described in more detail if the manufacturer had given precise dimensions. We have saved you all the hassle by using a 1. 25 inch tip with an inside diameter. This is 48". The tight fit makes it easy to put The exhaust pipes are 5 inches in diameter. In my application, however, I had an outside exit muffler diameter of 1. This was not the manufacturer's fault. The number 63". Since that is too big to hydraulically expand with a slotted end and not split, I had a muffler shop cut off the slotted end with a clamp and re-weld the ends Taking up the entire space to suit my needs (the owner did not charge me for this, but I paid him for coffee I brought back to the guys). The fitting was perfect and I just added a stainless self tapping screw to secure it. This is a very satisfying result for me. The best way to pimp out a tractor is to customise it! I love it!.
The stainless steel is great and the fit and finish are perfect You can finish! We recommend this exhaust for Onan generators that are equipped with this exhaust - I cut off the part shown in the picture, installed this new one, and tested it. I love the fit and the appearance of this dress. It took longer to get the tools than it did to install them.
It is not worth the money if you are not looking for I love this piece of art and it's worth every penny! Despite now being a cheap plated tip, I will appreciate it for being stainless steel here in a few years. It is the best thing to invest in if you want something to last. I bought this to dress up the exhaust pipe on my RV's generator. I was very pleased with the results.
It's great how the turn came out On my Class A gen exhaust, I installed a polished SS tip and replaced the hanger over the tip. I cut the factory pipe back behind the support hanger, and installed the It is a rock solid pipe that is well made and has a great look. Thanks for the results. I'm very happy with them.
Exlusting exhaust pipe can be fitted over but it needs to slide. 5/16 inch nut and bolt that comes with the pipe are steel plated. These pieces of hardware were also converted to stainless steel. So, no rust here.
We need it on our motorhome so we can connect the generator to the outlet. The plug was very tight, and I had to expand the Gibson plug so it could fit over the exhaust pipe. A little oil helped this It had already fallen off, and I hope the tight fit of the Gibson.
