Questions & Answers
Headers are universally the same size at the collector as long as the collector bolt pattern is 3 inches. 5, 3. 0 or 3. A 3 inch is taken by the vast majority of people. As a result, they should fit in most applications; hopefully, this helps.
2 inches or 5 inches 08 mm
Cutouts are the same as collector mounting, so if you know yours are 3 inch, they should fit.
THEY ARE COMMONLY EXTREMELY DETAILED IN THEIR MEASUREMENTS. IN ANY CASE, THE COPPERS ARE NOT THE BEST! WAY TOO THIN! CHOOSE ONES THAT ARE THICKER!

I had to rework the exhaust system in my 1979 Ford F350 pickup after changing the transmission from a C6 to an E4OD. My truck has a set of headers as well as a nice 3 inch exhaust system that has been on it for the past 18 years. The collectors had never been unbolted and had never leaked, but the exhaust pipes had been reworked and were leaking profusely, so I decided to try these dead soft embossed gaskets. They are very effective, and there are no leaks any longer. They're made of soft metal, but they work because of an embossed ring around the flange where the pipes meet. I loosened everything, took out the collector bolts, slid the gaskets in place, and bolted it all back together. I'll double-check the bolts for tightness after a few heat cycles, but I don't expect them to blow out like a standard header gasket.
The description of the product is zero. This is not the case at all with a thickness of 25. They're only a tenth of an inch thick. If I had known they weren't 1/8" thick, I would not have ordered them. This was a complete waste of time and money.
After a set of aluminum gaskets burned out, these copper ones were used to replace them. These were effective.
The price is extremely reasonable.
With these, I've had a lot of luck. They seal well and, more importantly, they last; in fact, you can disassemble them and reuse them. They also leave no residue and are easy to remove from the pipes. These are fantastic!.
I don't know what else I could ask for in a gasket. I went with copper because I expect these to last longer than the standard units available. These will be installed on a 1970 Chevelle with a 496 big block and 3" exhaust, and the car will be driven for about 1000 miles per year, so they should last a lifetime.
It's better than the original.
They arrived on time, and with over 43 years of experience in the industry, they knew what they were doing. I am impressed, as a shop owner myself. It was very easy to seal.
