Remflex exhaust gaskets do not contain any rubber binders or composite materials, so they will not shrink or harden over time or temperature, eliminating the need to retighten the flange bolts on a regular basis.

Remflex exhaust gaskets are available in a standard thickness of 1/8 inch and are designed to crush 50%, allowing them to fill pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch.

Because of the thickness and compressibility of the 100 percent flexible graphite, gaps between the head and header are created by the wrapping of header and manifold flanges, which Remflex exhaust gaskets completely seal.

They were used to bridge the gap between JBA and the rest of the program

The factory seals used O rings between the two groves, so I used them to seal the gap between JBA shorty headers and the stock exhaust. The stock gaskets are prone to blowing out with the new headers because there is no groove on that side. These reflex gaskets plugged the hole and lasted months.
