When the rounded heads were installed, they began to strip

This is something you should avoid. These bolts already had slightly rounded heads that made getting a wrench to fit snugly impossible. I removed the heads because I knew I'd never be able to get them out again. I couldn't tighten them all the way, so it didn't fix my exhaust leak. Instead, head to Tractor Supply or your local hardware store and purchase some hex head bolts.

Garbage! Torqued to specs (20 ft lbs) with 80% of the heads rounded off before tightening

I'm currently installing them on my 302 build, and they're of poor quality! I understand how difficult it is to access header bolts, but I believe I stripped four of the eight. Out of the package, the heads are extremely soft and have rounded corners!.
