I recently replaced the factory IC piping on my 2002 SLK 230 with quite a few of these. The hose clamps look very nice, are quite wide, and allow you to really tighten down so that your hoses are not at risk of Due to the thickness of my silicone piping when it was slipped over the coupler, it was a bit challenging to get the nut on the bolt threading. It ended up being easier to slip the clamps over the coupler first and tighten them all the way down to compress the little fitting that pushes on the nut. This made it much easier to install them over the hose after I had put the coupler inside. Once tightened down, they won't move! It was a little bit of extra work, but it was worth it. There is no way you'll be able to beat the price for these, which are nice looking, perform well, and are well made.

Be sure to double check the dimensions of your car

This is a great product. As I had to give them away because they did not fit my car correctly, but that was my own fault. The shipping charges to return them almost equaled the cost of the product, so I gave them as a gift to my mechanic.
