Is it possible to use these with a 2-inch ?

This is for a spacer of 1". This is what you need a It is available as part number 2404 for a two-inch

What happens if I use a 1" spacer and a throttle can be bracket that come with an aluminum ?

It worked great with a 1" spacer. Plenty of room to fine-tune the threads on the stud but without jamming them. I have 3 studs and my throttle linkage bolts to three of them. Only problem is if you bolt that to the same studs. With the washers and the 1" spacer, there are 4 threads above the nuts.

When adding the 1 inch spacer, I used this. It was exactly what I needed when it came to quality and fit! As far as critical fasteners are concerned, I would not recommend anything from another brand. When you do it properly the first time, you won't have to do it again. I'm not a fan of having to do things again!.

These carb studs come with a 1/2 spacer, and I used them on an Edelbrock Performer carburetor

I wasn't able to get over the throttle linkage bracket with the bolts that were supposed to be for a 1/2 spacer. It was easy to install without there being too many extra bolts in the way.

There should have been two 3/4 inch longer studs for the side of the throttle plate where the 1/2 inch thick plate goes. I had to buy two more packs in order to acquire two longer studs.
